I am extremely passionate about my work as a massage therapist. I feel that regular routine massage therapy treatments are beneficial for the prevention of everyday wear and tear on the body. It is so rewarding to witness the improvement and relief in my clients suffering from sport related injuries, motor vehicle accidents and those with chronic conditions and pain.
I love being involved in creating a sense of well being in my clients.
I specialize in Swedish massage therapy and have taken courses to expand my understanding of deep tissue therapy and myofascial release. Meeting new clients is always so exciting. I love being involved with maintaining and improving their general health, and creating an overall sense of well being. It is so fulfilling helping people reduce their chronic pain and to feel better about themselves. I believe that massage therapy treats the whole person.
In addition to my main areas of interest, I am trained in hot stone therapy, treating sports injuries, pregnancy massage, craniosacral therapy and Reiki. It is very exciting collaborating with my patients to discover which therapy works best to improve their quality of life.
