Dr Justin Wagner

Chiropractor

I have always had a desire to work in healthcare where I could help others. I also was very interested in the human body and how it works. These two desires/ interests led me to work in medical research trying to find the cure for rare neuromuscular diseases. After a few years working in a research lab at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), another desire grew in me to return to the Valley and continue working with neuromuscular conditions, but this time on the front lines of healthcare, as a chiropractor.

My primary focus is to help those with joint, muscle, or nerve pain to move more freely and with less pain. Treatment is specific for each patient and can include joint manipulation, acupuncture, and myofascial release to help you feel better, education to help you understand why you felt that way and exercise prescription to keep you feeling better. With this model, the conditions that I most commonly treat are neck and back pain, headaches, sciatica, and numbness/tingling in the arms and legs.

I believe it is important to get to know each patient as there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healthcare.

Though every success story is very rewarding to me, some of my favorites include those that have been living for years in pain that I have been able to help with the proper, individualized care, education, and exercise.  This is why I believe it is important to get to know each patient as there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healthcare.
