I am more passionate and committed to the care of my clients now than when I started my career ten years ago. I have seen so many people improve their ability to move well and be pain-free. It’s remarkable to work with people to find the cause of what’s limiting them so that they can get back to living their lives.
Deep tissue massage is a strength of mine, and I use it along with other techniques to deliver a well-rounded treatment. Although deep massage may be indicated, it is rarely the only technique I use. I work with my clients to develop a treatment plan that will reflect their goals, tolerance to pressure, and level of commitment.

Last year I was introduced to the Graston technique, and it has become one of my favorite treatments. It utilizes six stainless steel instruments to mobilize the soft tissues. The instruments engage the tissue in a way that effectively treats scar tissue and fascial restriction.
Deep tissue and Graston can help individuals with a wide range of conditions including, injuries, post-surgical, chronic pain of the back, neck, shoulders, hips, and legs, stress, anxiety, and headaches, to name a few.
My practice here at Lavallee is a success story. In December of 2020, I was new to this clinic and was taking over for a senior therapist who was retiring from practice. I was able to help those clients maintain their treatment plans and introduce them to my style of treatment. Helping clients successfully and happily transition to a new therapist can be a challenge, and I feel that it has gone very well.
