I love food and everything about it! Creating, cooking, preparing, smelling, savouring and of course eating; so it was only natural I chose a profession based in food. My fascination of food drew me to the study of nutrition, but it is the healing properties that continues to drive my passion. It is so rewarding assisting clients in exploring how simple nutrition can be. Creating plans and discovering the various ways foods react in the body, a unique puzzle for everyone.

Each client experience has a special place in my heart.

I was introduced to mindfulness as a complementary resource to assist with the management of my depression. This experience had such a powerful impact on my life that I was drawn to share it with others. Incorporating mindfulness techniques into my nutritional practice is an exciting way to familiarize my clients to the power of the mind-body-breath connection.

Each client experience has a special place in my heart especially when a busy mom of two came to see me. She was so ashamed of her body and was literally killing herself following strict fad diets and self sabotage. Hiding behind her children, she hoped to fade into the background. We started by changing some small behaviours and over several months she began stepping out of the shadows, started loving herself and healing her body. Now, she shares with others how nutrition can change their lives too.
