I love coffee and I love to add it to a lot of recipies. I recently purched a cold brew bodum and so I have started experimenting. When brewing typically hot beverages in a cold form you will need to steep more of the coffee or tea and for a longer period of time. For 1L of cold brew I use about 1/2 c of coffee and let it steep in my refrigerator for 24 hours.
There is nothing quite like the combination of bananas and coconut, so I thought why not make them into a smoothie. I really love smoothie bowls because you get the convience of a smoothie yet you can eat it like a meal.
