This is an easy recipe to create when you have some leftover ground beef. I simply add the seasonings to the cooked beef and pile on the veggies. Make this anyway you like this dressing is a great addition to the Mexican feel.

I love making this smoothie on the weekend, a Saturday or Sunday morning to get some protein and I have a bit more time to make and enjoy it. I like to add some granola and coconut to give it a little bit more that adds so much to the flavour and texture. You can add nuts, seeds, fruit or whatever you like ontop, make it your own!
