There is something very warming about chai spices, even in a smoothie you are able to get a warm sense of this special blend. This is a alternative verison to a hot chai tea on days you feel like a frozen drink.
I love making this smoothie on the weekend, a Saturday or Sunday morning to get some protein and I have a bit more time to make and enjoy it. I like to add some granola and coconut to give it a little bit more that adds so much to the flavour and texture. You can add nuts, seeds, fruit or whatever you like ontop, make it your own!
